Alavie Fitness (formerly Bay Area Boot Camp) is starting classes up in Heather Farms next week. That’s right! First class is St. Patty’s Day. I may take this class myself. Friends of mine have taken it and say “it’s tough but worth it”. That’s my kind of ringing endorsement. Maybe I’ll see you there.
