Welcome! I’m Valerie Crowell. I have been in the real estate industry since 1976. I’ve worked in the title industry for over 32 years. I know the title insurance process.  Now, I am following in my Father’s footsteps and have become a Real Estate Agent.

I came to Contra Costa County in 2000. I saw a three bedroom, two bath home with a two car garage and a pool on the internet and couldn’t believe how affordable it was. I called the broker and after a very funny conversation, I was en route to view the house.  I was going to flip the house in that red hot market. I found that I enjoyed living out here. I ended up living there for seven years. Now I’m remodeling another house in Ayers Ranch, where I live with two of the greatest dogs you’ll ever meet. I discovered that Contra Costa County is an amazing place to live. I love the weather here and there is so much to do. The Iron Horse Trail, Briones, Mt. Diablo, Downtown Walnut Creek, Danville, the list is endless. We’re 30 minutes from the Wine Country, 30 minutes from San Francisco. I don’t think life gets any better than this.
